How we use your information

Who we are
Rayhock is a Sri Lankan export company based in Galle. For any privacy question, write to info@rayhock.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries, quote and sample requests: your name, business email, company, the product and terms you ask about, and your message. For a sample, also your country, delivery address and courier account number, which we use only to ship the sample.
- Your account: name, email, company, country and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, we receive the account identifier and the name/email information that provider makes available to us. Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email.
- WhatsApp messages started on this site: the draft you write before WhatsApp opens. The conversation itself happens in WhatsApp.
- Site usage: pages viewed, the product links you use, device type, the website that sent you, and an approximate country from your browser language or network. IP addresses are stored only in an anonymised form.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and deliver orders.
- To run your account and keep your requests together.
- To understand which products and markets interest buyers, so we can improve the site.
- To send occasional product and price updates, only if you agreed to receive them. You can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site: our email provider, our web host, and the sign-in service you choose. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotations are kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal records. Usage statistics are kept for up to 24 months. You can delete your account at any time from My account.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or object to its use, by writing to info@rayhock.com. Depending on where you are, laws such as Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, or the EU and UK GDPR give you these rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
