Questions buyers ask
Do you send samples?
Yes, to buyers with a specific requirement. Samples go out with a specification sheet, on your DHL, FedEx or UPS account.
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the product, grade and packing. We confirm the MOQ with every quotation.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB Colombo, CFR or CIF, to the port you name.
What payment terms do you work with?
An advance by bank transfer with the balance against shipping documents, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Terms are agreed in writing before we ship.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, Certificate of Origin and phytosanitary certificate, plus a pre-export quality certificate for cinnamon where required.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes. Packing under your brand, or any custom packing, can be agreed as part of the specification.
